Here is an old school Nintendo Customer Service Training Video from 1991. This shows how some customers try to return products to Nintendo. Nintendo claims they have an excellent track record (which they probably do) and most of the time, the customers fail to read the documentation on how to use the product properly. Nintendo’s business is entertainment, and everything connected to Nintendo should be fun.
