Here’s a Toys R Us commercial that is an advertisement for the Nintendo Entertainment System(NES). This little boy has a dream of getting a Nintendo for only 79.97. Is this a better dream than winning the Super Bowl? Probably not but it comes really close. This commercial is an oldie but it shows that most little boys wanted a Nintendo when it first hit the shelves.

This NES commerical shows off some the features of the earliest console released by Nintendo, the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). Look at all the amazing graphics of what an 8-bit system can do. Granted, this commercial was made in the late 80s to early 90s so there wasnt much in terms of amazing graphics being produced in that time-frame. This commercial sure takes you back to the glory days of Nintendo when they dominated the video game market.

This NES soap controller will get you clean Nintendo style. It looks exactly like the classic NES controller complete with the directional pad, start and select buttons, and has the A and B buttons. It’s even the same size too. Be warned since your friends might try to play with this soap instead of wash with it. The only difference between the NES controller and this NES soap is the sparkling of soap and it smells a lot better. This was made by Luxury Lane Soap and is still on sale.

In this DuckTales NES Ad, it shows young kids in a testing center playing DuckTales explaining what they think of the game. In the game, you control Scrooge McDuck, and you search for treasures to become the richest duck that the world has ever seen. Along the way, you get hints from your nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie to find out where the treasure is. Of course, there is a boss at the end of each area that wants to stop you from getting the treasure that you desire.

If you are an old school fan of Nintendo, this is a great way to fall asleep at night on a NES controller pillow. This pillow looks just like the classic nes controller only this one isn’t hard plastic and is very comfortable. Made of 100% cotton. A, B, Start, Select and the directional pad do not work.

These are the power glove games that were specifically designed to be used with the NES Power Glove. They include Super Glove Ball and Bad Street Brawler. Neither of these games sold particularly well. The power glove was made by Nintendo and allowed you to have control over a game just by using your hand. It was a great concept but it was one that never really panned out for Nintendo as a hit video game was never produced exclusively for the Power Glove.

This is a NES Power Glove magazine ad. Everything else is child’s play. The Power Glove was a hot selling point for the NES. It featured 3D sensors that allowed you to move your hand around and control the action on the NES. There were certain games that were released for the NES that were specifically designed for the power glove like Super Glove Ball and Bad Street Baller. The power glove could have been big if Nintendo would have produced more and better games for it, but that is just my opinion.

Now watch me waste the Macho Man with Acclaim’s WrestleMania for the Nintendo Entertainment System. A leg drop, an elbow smash, a body slam! WWF WrestleMania from Acclaim. Just like the Macho Man Randy Savage says, “OOh yeah, I wanna rematch!” This WWF WrestleMania commercial from Acclaim had a high entertainment value for its users. Characters included six wrestlers: Hulk Hogan, Macho Man Randy Savage, André the Giant, Bam Bam Bigelow, The Honky Tonk Man and The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase.

Pull those tissues in style with an NES controller tissue box. This tissue box has a cover on it that looks just like an old school NES controller. It was made out of red, black and gray pieces just like an NES controller. I thought this was very creative to be made. All it needs now is some Mario and Luigi tissues and this would be complete.
